The dental insurance plan for the City of Lincolnton employees is with Delta Dental and administered by MedCost Benefit Services. Employees participate in a dental plan, which is geared towards preventative maintenance. 

Basic dental care, such as exams and cleanings, is covered at 100% of reasonable and customary charges. Other Services are grouped into classes and pay a percentage of reasonable and customary charges after a calendar year deductible is met.
