Temporary Rail Trail and Parking Closure: Feb 23 – Feb 25

Please be advised that the Marcia H. Cloninger Rail Trail will be temporarily closed between Motz Avenue and Congress Street for scheduled paving operations.

The closure is set to begin on Monday, February 23, 2026, and is expected to conclude by the end of the day on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
This closure includes the parking lot at the intersection of South Government Street and West Congress Street.
