There are five ways to pay your bill; by Mail, In Person, Night Depository, Bank Draft or Online. Details on each of these methods can be found on the Utility Billing webpage.

The customer is responsible for repairing leaks between the meter and the residence or building. The City is responsible for repairs leading into the meter from the water supply side.Utility Billing/Collections

No water adjustments are allowed. One sewer adjustment will be allowed within a 12 month period. Contact the Utility office at 704-736-8980 for details on applying for the sewer credit.Utility Billing/Collections

No. The water rate is not discounted. However, there may be a sewer adjustment for a pool if the City is notified in advance in order to acquire a meter reading immediately before and after the pool is filled.Utility Billing/Collections
