How are teams selected?
After the registration process has been completed, participants will go through an evaluation directed by the league coordinator. Each child will be given a score to assess their ability level. Participants are drafted by coaches in "rounds" based on their evaluation. For example, in the first round of the draft all coaches will draft players with a grade of A.
In the NFL FLAG Football league, participants will also go through an evaluation process. The league coordinator will pick teams based on the evaluation scores. For example, if there are 5 teams in a flag football league then the top five players will each go to a different team.
