Our application form is the basis for candidate evaluation and interview selection, and the application must be completed in full for it to submit electronically for consideration. You may refer to the resume on the employment data section of the application only if all of the information requested on the application is on the resume, which should be uploaded as supporting documentation. Incomplete information may result in disqualification of the application.

The recruitment process can be impacted by several factors which include the nature of the job being recruited for, the volume of applications received the workload of the department, holiday breaks, and other unforeseen interruptions.

After the closing date, applications are reviewed to determine if minimum requirements are met. Applications that do not meet minimum requirements are no longer considered. The remaining applications are again reviewed to determine which ones have the highest level of qualifications as required by the job description and are contacted to continue in the recruitment process.
