Due to icy road conditions, the City of Lincolnton Solid Waste Department announces a temporary adjustment to the trash collection schedule for the week of February 2 - 6.
Solid Waste Collection Schedule Adjustment
The collection schedule will be as follows:
Monday – No Collection
Tuesday – No Collection
Wednesday – Monday and Tuesday’s Routes Collected
Thursday – Wednesday and Thursday’s Routes Collected
Friday – First Friday Recycling Collection
Important Reminder
• Please be aware that this schedule is subject to change as we continue to monitor weather and road conditions.
• Residents and businesses should place their carts at the curb the night before their revised collection day.
• Please leave your cart at the curb for the full day as it will take collection crews longer than usual to run double routes on Wednesday and Thursday.
• The regular collection schedule will resume on Monday, February 9.
