2. How do I pay my parking ticket?

Parking tickets may be paid at City Hall located at 114 West Sycamore Street Monday through Friday (except during holidays) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.

3. What are the billing rates and fees for residential, commercial and industrial accounts?

4. How do I apply for water or sewer service?

Information on how to establish new utility accounts is available at THIS LINK. 

You must complete the application for Residential or Business service and return it (with identification) to the Utility Department on the first floor of City Hall at 114 West Sycamore Street.
